Duties:

• Providing leadership, training, supervision, and work direction
• Managing and overseeing department operations, including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, HVAC, water treatment, and security systems
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementing or overseeing repairs of mechanical and electronic systems, including HVAC equipment and IT networks
• Planning, implementing, and overseeing cyclical maintenance programs; ensuring performance of scheduled tests, inspections, and services
• Collaborating to develop and monitor budgets, making budgetary projections and approving purchases for goods and services

Requirements:

• Technical certificate or bachelor’s degree in related field
• 3+ years of maintenance and facilities experience, including supervisory experience
• Valid State of Maine Class C Driver’s License
• Direct Digital Control (DDC) software HVAC monitoring experience preferred
