Phone-Based Order Specialist in Augusta, Maine
Our client in Augusta is currently seeking an individual with 6+ months of phone-based customer service and commercial food distribution experience to work as a phone-based Order Specialist! This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Apply today!
Pay: $19 per hour – WEEKLY PAY
Location: Augusta, Maine – less than 10 minutes from the I-95 exit
Schedule: M-F Days

What you’ll be doing:
• Answering phones
• Assisting customers with orders and inquiries
• Inputting customer orders, credits, and invoices
• Utilizing computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting
• Other duties as assigned
Here’s what you need to apply:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6+ months of phone-based customer service/order entry experience
• Knowledge and experience with commercial food distribution
• Experience with commercial food inventory processes (cooks, servers, shipping/receiving)
• Exceptional customer service, phone, and communication skills
