Our client in Thomaston is looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper with at least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience. Pay: $22 – $25 Per Hour – Paid Weekly
Location: Thomaston, Maine
Schedule: M-F 8:30a-5p

What you’ll be doing:
• Preparing and producing invoices in-house and through online systems
• Entering and recording payments accurately
• Reconciling cash receipts and online invoicing
• Managing accounts receivable collections
• Providing backup support by answering phone calls
Here’s what you need to apply:
• At least 1 year of accounting/bookkeeping experience
• Precise attention to detail and ability to self-edit and review
• MS Office and database experience
• Educational background in finance & accounting preferred
