Pay: $27.50 per hour

Location: Positions available throughout Maine

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p

Assignment Length: 4+ months (potential through June 2025)

We have immediate openings for Bookkeepers & Accounting Clerks throughout Maine. Selected candidates are able to work at their nearest campus in Auburn, Augusta, Bangor, Fairfield, Calais, South Portland, Wells, or Presque Isle.

You will work closely with experienced professionals and have the opportunity to not only maintain financial continuity but also test and audit new billing software.

Responsibilities:

• Accounts Payable (AP) processing and support
• Procurement support
• Journal entries
• Fixed asset accounting
• Other general bookkeeping tasks as needed
• Testing new software and notifying project leads of any findings

Qualifications we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years experience
• Attention to detail & accuracy
• Strict adherence to confidentiality
• Professional demeanor
