Duties:

• Accurately measuring ingredients for batch making
• Following detailed instructions for the mixing process
• Keeping a neat & clean work area
• Maintaining mixing equipment

Requirements:

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines
• Physical ability to perform the job (i.e., lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing)
