In this role you’ll assist with mining candidate databases, attending local recruitment events, and performing various office tasks to support the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and texts and providing information to clients and candidates as needed
- Cover the office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to get started.
- Conduct online candidate searches across multiple platforms and databases to identify candidates
- Maintain excellent communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
- Assist in the coordination and attendance of local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Enthusiastic about engaging with people and building relationships
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks with attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Prior recruitment, HR, or office administration experience is a plus, but not required; we will train the right candidate
- Ability to travel within Aroostook County for local events and meetings
