Duties:

• Developing and enhancing manufacturing technologies, formulations, and procedures for new and existing products
• Planning and conducting manufacturing trials, testing products, and delivering detailed analyses
• Providing expert technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training on product applications and fabrication methods
• Leading the development of manufacturing specifications for product commercialization
• Supporting marketing initiatives through videos, trade shows, and partnerships with external collaborators
• Promoting safety by following best practices and addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations

Requirements:

• Engineering degree in chemical, polymer, material science, or mechanical engineering
• 3-5 years of technical and manufacturing experience
• Proficiency in SAP
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, and occasionally lift up to 50lbs
