Duties:

• Managing contracts across various entities, including negotiations and renewals
• Analyzing and mitigating risks associated with contract changes
• Negotiating contract terms with internal and external partners
• Preparing fee reports and ensuring compliance with contract deadlines
• Reviewing and responding to RFQs, bids, quotes, and proposals
• Handling contractor correspondence, orders, shipping, insurance, and closeout documentation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience managing government contracts in a manufacturing environment
• 2-3 years of customer service and contract administration experience
• Proven track record of contract business growth year over year
• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field highly preferred
