Our client in Augusta is currently seeking someone with IT help desk experience and strong customer service and communication skills to work as an IT Help Desk Representative! This is a long-term temporary opportunity. Apply today!

Pay: $23 – $24 per hour, paid weekly
Location: On-site in Augusta, Maine
Schedule: Full-time

What you’ll be doing:

• Setting up and maintaining equipment (laptops, docking stations, monitors, etc.)
• Providing desktop support and assisting end users with technical issues
• Documenting work and maintaining an accurate inventory log
• Communicating effectively and delivering timely, accurate information
• Managing the retirement and disposal of obsolete computer equipment

Here’s what you need to apply:

• At least 1 year of help desk and customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
