Pay: $20 – $24 per hour, based on experience

Duties:

• Handling incoming phone calls, online inquiries, and logging data into a CRM or ERP
• Supporting independent sales representatives and partners with product, pricing, and warranty information
• Processing quotes, purchase orders, and warranty calls to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
• Communicating across departments to ensure compliance with service standards and policies
• Applying Lean tools to identify and eliminate waste, improving information flow and productivity

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience, interacting with customers and internal teams
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce and Epicor preferred)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
