What you’ll be doing:

• Contacting customers regarding past-due bills and resolving issues across all stages of delinquency
• Collaborating with internal departments and utilizing multiple systems to address account discrepancies and delinquency resolutions
• Performing accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer data, and credit card administration tasks
• Receiving and reviewing transaction information ensuring completeness before processing
• Inputting accurate data into accounts, systems, and databases in alignment with established procedures and guidelines
• Communicating with employees, customers, vendors, and financial institutions to clarify information and ensure accurate financial updates

• Excellent attention to detail
• Accounts receivable, billing, and negotiation experience preferred
