What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinating multiple projects and programs to align with business objectives and support project managers
• Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, reports, and documentation to track progress and ensure deliverables
• Scheduling and facilitating meetings, milestones, and tasks to drive project completion
• Monitoring progress, resolving scheduling conflicts, and communicating updates to stakeholders
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes, ensure compliance, and support training initiatives

What do you bring to the table?

• Must reside in the State of Maine
• 4+ years of relevant experience with an associate’s degree required (bachelor’s preferred)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet)
• Strong skills in organization, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management
• Experience in budget tracking, performance monitoring, and healthcare or animal health is a plus
