Duties:

• Leading month-end closing activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting
• Implementing accounting policies aligned with global requirements and IFRS/GAAP
• Reconciling complex account balances and performing product costing analyses
• Managing payroll, bank, and fixed asset accounting functions
• Supporting financial audits and external reporting deliverables
• Driving process improvements and standardization of General Ledger operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting; CPA preferred
• 4+ years of accounting experience, preferably in public accounting and manufacturing
• Proficiency in SAP required
• Leadership experience with strong analytical and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills, including V-Lookups and Pivot Tables
