• Overseeing daily production operations and ensuring production goals are met
• Maintaining product quality and training employees effectively
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve downtime issues
• Assisting in implementing process improvements
• Promoting a safe work environment

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a production or packaging environment
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
