Open Shifts:
- Mon-Thu: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM
- Fri-Sun: 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Paid for 40 hours)
- Fri-Sun: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM (Paid for 40 hours + night shift differential)
Your Role as a Machine Operator:
- Set up & operate CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, grinders, CMMs)
- Produce high-quality parts with close tolerances
- Inspect products using precision measuring instruments
- Read and interpret engineering drawings & NC programs
- Perform material handling, rigging, and crane operations
- Troubleshoot & maintain machines, ensuring smooth operations
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of CNC machining experience OR a machinist/toolmaker program certification
- Strong mechanical aptitude & attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings & use precision measuring tools
