Duties:

• Scheduling and directly supervising all production and production support operations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of safety awareness programs
• Driving results through direct leadership and cross-functional teamwork to improve production efficiency
• Managing staff by assigning work, monitoring activities, evaluating performance, and addressing critical issues
• Identifying and recommending improvements in operator training, production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
• Operating equipment and maintaining knowledge of equipment capabilities
• Building a cohesive team aligned with department and company goals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Basic computer skills (e.g., email, data entry, production software)
