Schedule: Mon-Thu Days + Overtime on Fridays

We have multiple, immediate openings for Skilled Laborers & Tradespeople in Waterville, Maine. These are all direct-hire openings that offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package!

Positions available include: Welders, Maintenance Technicians, Janitors, & Upfit/Mechanical Technicians.

Skills Sought:

• Welding: MIG/TIG, aluminum, steel, stainless, building & reworking products
• Maintenance Technicians: machine repair & preventative maintenance, working with compressors, pumps, motors, electric & pneumatic tools
• Upfit Technicians: inspecting product for quality and adherence to blueprints, documenting results, reworking product as needed,
• Janitorial & Sanitation Workers: keeping manufacturing plant clean & clear of hazardous debris, keeping facility grounds clear, operating forklifts as necessary

Requirements:

• Experience in any of the skilled labor fields listed above
• Good safety record in a manufacturing setting
• Self-motivated with ability to stay focused on tasks
• Strong communication & problem-solving skills
