Daily responsibilities:

• Assisting the team with what needs to be done: moving materials, prepping/cleaning job site, general demolition & debris removal, passing tools, preparing materials and other duties as requested
• Preparing, mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete
• Following all safety procedures

Qualities we are looking for:

• Desire to work in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions
• Familiarity and comfort with general tools and construction site practices
• Positive attendance record demonstrating reliability
