What You’ll Do:

As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in our production process, ensuring quality products every step of the way. Responsibilities include:

  • Loading raw materials and monitoring production machines.
  • Inspecting finished products to ensure quality and compliance with standards.
  • Completing manufacturing paperwork accurately and on time.
  • Keeping your work area clean and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Following documented procedures and collaborating with your team to meet production goals.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Skills: Basic math, strong attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and excellent teamwork.
  • Physical Abilities: Regularly lift up to 30 lbs (occasionally up to 50 lbs) and stand for prolonged periods. Must perform repetitive tasks and use small tools or materials.
  • Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Requirements: Closed-toe footwear, no jewelry or fragrances, and the ability to wear required PPE.
