Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and texts and providing information to clients and candidates as needed
  • Cover the office, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment for visitors and employees.
  • Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to get started.
  • Conduct online candidate searches across multiple platforms and databases to identify candidates
  • Maintain excellent communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process
  • Assist in the coordination and attendance of local recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
