Responsibilities:
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and understanding of NFPA70e electrical safety rules
- Diagnose and repair or replace electrical components, including motors of various sizes and voltages (24V-480VAC)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and pneumatic components.
- Record and report parts used, parts needed, and communicate through daily logs or purchase requests
- Work with team to address any issues
- Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and document maintenance issues
- Collaborate with team members to develop efficient methodologies and solve complex tasks
Skills Required:
- Associate degree in a related field or current Journeyman Electrical License
- 5+ years of hands-on maintenance technician experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment (woodworking industry experience is a plus)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and sketches
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a solid work ethic and attention to detail
