• Translating business requirements into clear user stories and technical specifications
• Creating and prioritizing a backlog of user stories and guiding development teams

• Documenting requirements and reporting project progress and key metrics

What do you bring to the table?

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, focusing on translating business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong communication and technology skills with expertise in Agile methodologies
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, ScrumMaster certification is highly desirable
